At Kaasni, every piece is made to order and crafted with utmost care by our skilled artisans. Each garment is produced specifically for you, involving hand embroidery and bespoke tailoring. 

As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that all measurements, customization details, and design approvals are confirmed at the time of order. Our team is always available to assist you with size guidance, fabric details, and customization queries before production begins.

As each garment is created on order, we encourage you to review our policies carefully.

Terms of Sale

1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed once a full payment has been received. Production begins only after confirmation of measurements, customizations, and design approvals. Estimated timelines are calculated starting at this point.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Each garment is created individually for you. Slight variations in color tone, embroidery placement, or embellishment detailing may occur. These are inherent to handcrafted couture and reflect the authenticity of our process.

3. Payments:

All payments must be made in full prior to delivery or dispatch. For bridal or couture orders, a 50% advance is required to initiate production, with the remaining balance due upon completion before delivery.

4. Cancellations

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

5. Timelines

Production timelines vary depending on the design’s complexity. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order but may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of our process or unforeseen delays. Please note these timelines indicate the estimated time required to complete the order and hand it over to the courier service. Once dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the courier company’s policy which is beyond our control. 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both local and international shipping. Charges and timelines depend on the destination and courier service and an estimate will be communicated during order confirmation. Kaasni is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or customs.

Shipping Policy

Kaasni does not handle shipping and is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues once your order has been handed over to the courier service. Our responsibility is to ensure that your order is delivered to the courier on the agreed-upon shipping date. Any delays or issues regarding the delivery after that point are out of our control and fall under the responsibility of the shipping provider. Additionally, please be aware that shipping fees are to be reimbursed in full at the time of completion of an order.

Customers based in Karachi are welcome to pick up their completed orders from our studio to save shipping costs & risks.

7. Customization & Sizing

Our team provides thorough consultation to ensure a perfect fit. However, as each piece is tailored to client specifications, minor adjustments may occasionally be required after delivery; these do not qualify for a return or refund.

At Kaasni, we’re happy to assist with alterations for outfits you’ve recently ordered, ensuring they fit you perfectly. Please note that alterations are only available to improve the fit of the garment and are not intended to change the overall style or silhouette of the item. To request alterations, the client must send the garment back to us. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the client.

  • All product images on our website are professionally photographed. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or photography conditions. Colors of the garments may also vary slightly depending on the fabric type chosen.
  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Kaasni whatsapp number and kaasni.karachi@gmail.com with supporting images. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
